Actors That Eerily Saw Their Futures In A Character.

Actors often become someone else to portray a role for films. However, there are times where those roles are a mirror image of their actors.

#9 Mickey & Minnie Mouse – Wayne & Russi.
Mickey and Minnie Mouse, one of the best-remembered couples in cartoon history. For the cartoons, obviously someone had to do the voices. Walt Disney himself did the voice before smoking strained his vocals. British actor Jimmy MacDonald did the voice for a bit. In 1977, Wayne Allwine became the voice of Mickey for nearly 30 years.
Minnie Mouse gains the voice talents of Russi Taylor. Wayne and Russi recorded the voices while looking at the rough drawings of the mice in love. But they also saw the future for both of them. Wayne and Russi fell in love and became a lifelong couple, just like Mickey and Minnie. In interviews, Wayne also says that his naiveté and optimism rubbed off onto his real-life personality.

#8. Jason Vorhees - Ken Kirtzinger.
Out of all the actors who have played Jason Vorhees, Ken Kirzinger is the tallest and the only one to have fought Freddy Kruger. But he was also the only one to see Jason, then be killed by him before portraying him.
It was Friday The 13th part 9 Jason Takes Manhattan. Ken was hired as a stunt man to do what the director wouldn't let Jason actor Kane Hodder do. But he also got in the movie as himself. In the scene, Jason barges into a restaurant, and a cook comes out. He tries to push Jason, but Jason just throws him to the wall.
In 2002, it was time for Jason to take on Freddy. Kane Hodder has been playing Jason for over ten years. The only person to play Jason more than once, in fact. Kane had the script and was ready to do the film. When out of nowhere, New Line Cinema didn't hire him. This pissed fans off totally.
So they held auditions for stuntmen to portray Jason. When Ken happens to walk in. Not knowing he was in part 8, Ronny hires him. So, this guy who had tried to grab Jason in 1989 was now Jason in 2002. The movie was successful, but not as big as New Line thought. It left a bad taste in the mouths of die-hard Jason fans. So they pointed their anger at New Line Cinema for not hiring Kane. But they also passed that anger towards Ken in real life. As his Jason was a walking stick with no energy. Missing the spark that Kane had put into the character.
#7. Kurt Russell – Elvis.
Kurt Russell portrayed Wyatt Eurpe in the film Tombstone. One that when a lot of people channel surf and this comes on, the remote stops. Wyatt had been dead for 60 years, so Kurt never got to see the legend. But he did get to see his future in someone else.
Kurt had been born and raised in the film industry. So, when he was hired at age 10 in It happened At The World's Fair, it was no big deal. Until Kurt had the scene of a lifetime. This southern-charming God looked into Kurt's eyes, and Kurt looked right back. After a few words, Kurt got to kick this guy from Memphis. That man was Elvis Presley.
Kurt walked on set, and Elvis, whom he only knew by name, was surrounded by women. This impressed the young Kurt.
In 1979, ABC debuted a TV movie on the life of Elvis. Kurt had been doing teenage roles for Disney but wanted to expand. When the role of Elvis came up. Kurt got to play the southern man he meets in ELVIS.
This is also where he met director John Carpenter. Who he would make movies with for over 20 years. And a deep personal friend to boot. Kurt would also play Elvis (sort of) again in the crime/action film 3,000 Miles To Graceland. If you've seen Forrest Gump, that's Kurt Russell's voice overdubbing Elvis! The actress who played Elvis's wife, Priscilla, in that 1979 TV movie was Season Hubley. Who Kurt would be married to for a few years.

#6. Randy Quaid – Cousin Eddie.
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is a holiday classic as far as I'm concerned. For this sequel, Cousin Eddie and his family were basically homeless. Comedically breaking the law by dumping his RV's potty in the gutter Overall, he was a black sheep compared to the rest of his family. How fitting is it that Randy and his wife became homeless in real life? I can imagine Dennis Quaid looking at his brother the same way Clark Griswald looked at Cousin Eddie.

#5. Mickey Rourke – Randy The Ram.
Mickey Rourke was one of the hottest actors in the 80s. One that let physical and mental problems drive him away from the spotlight. Randy The Ram was also the hot stuff in the ring. Headlining big pay per views. But still had to wrestle in order just to pay to live.

#4. Lohan - Liz.
One 'America's sweetheart' turned troubled starlet plays another. That's the best way to describe Lindsay Lohan playing Liz, loosely based on the real actress, Liz Taylor. This was technically a biopic, but there is no involvement for those connected to or who even knew the real Elisabeth Taylor.
This follows Elizabeth Taylor as she goes from movie star to her in and out of marriage. Not to forget the aspect of cameras following her wherever she goes. The director said on the film's DVD that Lohan told him she was Liz at that age. Which the directors and producers agreed. As did her co-star Grant Bowler, who played Richard Burton.

#3. River Phoenix – Stand By Me.
River Phoenix in Stand By Me played a young man who had a sense of sadness. And you could feel that sadness, but you really couldn't put a finger on what it was. Which mirrored who River was. Both would die at a young age as well.
#2. Tara Correa-McMullen – Judging Amy.
Tara was hired to play a role in the hit TV series Judging Amy. Where she plays a juvenile delinquent who was involved in gang activities. But soon after her real-life friends found out, she started hanging out with real gang bangers. In part, that's why she was able to bring real slang to her role.
Unfortunately, she moved in with a locally famous gang member. Or she was held captive, depending on her friend Maurice Tipton's recounts. Her character on the show was sent to prison for taking part in a gangland shooting. She was in her boyfriend's apartment, where she was a victim of a walk-up shooting. Five bullets hit her 16-year-old body. And she died three hours later in the hospital.
#1. Ronald Reagan – Bedtime For Bonzo.
When one looks at the world of politics and the decisions made, it seems like a bunch of monkeys are in charge. Well, in 1951, Bedtime For Bonzo starred none other than Ronald Reagan. This film followed one man and his monkey, whom he researched for 'Nature vs. Nurture'. Thirty years later, President Ronald Reagan would be surrounded by the monkeys we call the Senate and House of Representatives.
